We are seeking a highly skilled M&A Analyst to join our team. As an M&A Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex financial data and providing strategic recommendations to clients. Your expertise in finance, accounting, and Excel will enable you to develop comprehensive financial models, identify trends, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop financial models, dashboards, and reports to support M&A transactions
  • Analyze market research and industry trends to inform investment decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications">

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong experience in M&A (1-5 years)
  • Advanced knowledge in finance, accounting, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in small teams and with multiple projects
  • Organization, analytical reasoning, and critical thinking
  • International experience is desirable but not required
