Avenues is seeking a skilled Mathematics Teacher to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a Mathematics Teacher, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational experience of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging mathematics lessons that cater to diverse learning needs
- Foster a collaborative learning environment that encourages students to take ownership of their learning
- Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective mathematics curriculum
- Build strong relationships with parents and families to ensure student success
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field
- Proven teaching experience in mathematics, preferably in an international setting
- Strong content knowledge and pedagogical skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Experience with problem-based mathematics pedagogy is an asset
