Chief Software Quality Engineer

Are you seeking a challenging role that allows you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of millions every day? As a senior quality assurance analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that cloud-based HR solutions are usable and meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the development team to gather details on features to be developed and utilize this information to build and execute product testing.
- Employ the Playwright/Javascript test automation framework to create complex test scenarios before integrating different systems.
- Advocate for necessary changes to enhance the end-user experience of products.
As a senior QA, you will leverage leadership and teaching skills to train and mentor junior-level QA professionals. You will own releases with product features, responsible for building out plans, dividing tasks among the team, identifying problems, and solving them.
This is not a traditional 9-to-5 job. You should be comfortable with flexibility and pace. Testing doesn't always occur during regular business hours, so you'll need to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Our team is collaborative, relying on each other to get things done. You'll communicate and collaborate with technical developers and multiple stakeholders for products, articulating clear and compelling reasons to persuade developers to make product changes for the end user's benefit.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience and technical skills mentioned above and working in an Agile environment testing web applications.
