Robotics Innovator

As a Robotics Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical subject matter expert during customer engagements. You will collaborate with account executives and engineering teams to understand project requirements deeply and craft customized technical presentations, contracts, statements of work, and solution proposals that highlight the unique value proposition of our foundation models.

You will provide technical leadership and support for customer proof of concepts and pilots, ensuring successful implementation, performance validation, and clear articulation of outcomes. Additionally, you will work closely with sales, legal, and engineering teams to draft detailed and accurate statements of work (SOWs) and technical proposals that precisely define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria for customer engagements.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated experience with robotics systems, autonomous vehicles, industrial automation, or complex perception/control systems.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly in computer vision, motion planning, reinforcement learning, or large-scale data processing related to physical systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in robotics/AI (e.g., Python, C++).
• Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System) or other relevant robotics frameworks/middleware is a strong plus.
• Experience with sensor modalities common in robotics (e.g., LiDAR, cameras, IMUs).

As a senior-level Robotics Engineer, you will be responsible for creating internal knowledge base and information artifacts to help bridge the gap between GTM and Product teams.

Experience working with foundation models or large-scale AI models in a practical application is a bonus point. Domain knowledge in one or more of our target industries (agriculture, mining, construction, defense, etc.) is also desirable.

Previous experience in a seed-stage or high-growth startup environment is an added advantage.
