Senior Attorney Role

We are seeking a Senior Attorney to provide expert legal and regulatory support for key business areas. This role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating documents related to payments, corporate treasury services, escrow services, and trade finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, draft, and negotiate documents related to covered business areas.
  • Stay abreast of key regulatory agendas impacting our business, advising and interpreting regulations, and assessing legal risks.
  • Participate in regional and global initiatives, including NBIA assessments, and the development of templates, know-how, best practices, and procedures.
  • Support deal negotiation, including lending, trade finance, supply chain finance, receivables finance, and facilities management.
