We're seeking a highly skilled Visual Design Expert to join our team. This role involves creating impactful visuals, working closely with art directors and clients, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Create visually appealing work that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Develop new styles and creative proposals while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand and translate vision and strategy into effective visuals.
This is a mid-senior level full-time position in design, art/creative, and information technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital and print design, with experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- A well-curated online portfolio showcasing exceptional presentation design skills.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital and print production.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a related field.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce impactful visuals.
- Finalize emails, direct mail packages, banners, individual image assets, and mock-ups according to agreed-upon specifications.
- Adapt, retouch, and scale a variety of assets for both digital and print formats.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience working with assets at scale, adapting them for multiple formats and localizations.
- Meticulous eye for detail and passion for process improvement.
