Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver successful, efficient and professional products and services;
  • Recognize sales opportunities and communicate with supervisors for follow-up;
  • Negotiate effectively with clients regarding billing issues and service irregularities within approved deadlines;
  • Communicate contact information to the client about experience in specific products, processes or services when needed;
  • Promote good relations with clients at the workplace and demonstrate a focus on customer satisfaction to ensure quality work.

Qualifications:

  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry with active CRQ;
    • Completion of Drilling Fluids Course;
    • Advanced Office Package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
    • Desired: Fluent English;
    • Reside in Macaé or region;
    • Desired Offshore Experience;
    • Mixed schedule (onshore and offshore).
