Business Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Onboarding Specialist. As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of merchant information before their store goes live.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify and review content provided by merchants to ensure it meets our quality standards;
- Manage and upload merchant account information efficiently and accurately;
- Conduct thorough reviews of merchant qualifications according to established rules and regulations;
- Oversee store photo-taking services and related materials;
- Perform other tasks that require auditing and assistance skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field;
- Strong learning ability with a willingness to continuously develop new skills and adapt to changing business environments;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to contribute positively to the team dynamic;
- Fluent in English;
- Proficient in computer software applications;
- Previous experience in onboarding operations or sales operations is preferred.
