Job Opportunity

As a seasoned Salesforce developer, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and lead a team of talented professionals.

Our company is seeking an experienced Tech Lead in Salesforce Development to oversee our Salesforce development team. In this pivotal role, you'll set technical direction, lead development initiatives, and ensure the delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Apex and Visualforce, with experience leading teams and driving adoption of best practices. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to meet business and technology goals, and guide the development team in promoting excellence in coding, object modeling, and system design.

  • Lead the implementation and administration of Sales Cloud, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in partnership with internal teams.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to translate needs into technical Salesforce implementations.
  • Oversee Apex & Visualforce development, object & field creation, integrations, and daily Salesforce administration to support business operations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, effective segmentation, and management, meeting reporting needs and optimizing customer data use.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience with Salesforce Development with Apex.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.
  • Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
  • Strong experience in application security best practices.
  • Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
