Job Responsibilities
- Enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions efficiently by providing state-of-the-art support services.
- Analyze complex, real-world, unique problems, often working in production environments.
- Research, document, and share knowledge through creation of Knowledge Base articles, Wiki documents, SAP Community answers, etc.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents.
- Feel the satisfaction of delivering a solution to customers that makes their businesses run simpler and better.
- Work as part of an international team; meet, work, and talk with colleagues and customers from all around the world.
- Participate in global projects around support processes.
- Attend (external and internal) e-Learning Lessons, remote learning sessions, classroom training, and coaching.
- Help to ensure SLAs are met on time and escalated cases are assigned promptly to the right experts.
Requirements
- University students enrolled in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Production Engineering, or related areas.
- Knowledge in Object-Oriented Programming desired (Java, C++, ABAP, etc.).
- Some knowledge of database structures and SQL preferred.
- Excellent customer focus and communication skills (oral/written).
- Problem-solving/analytical skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Flexible approach to working in teams and hybrid environments.
- Fluent in English.

Our team is responsible for the technical support of Digital Supply solutions, including SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) and SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) products.
