We are seeking an expert Shopify developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of Shopify apps. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating high-quality code and implementing best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality Shopify apps with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and debug existing software efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions to technical issues.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation to guide future software updates and improvements.
  • Work independently, showcasing initiative and self-motivation in achieving goals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill business requirements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Shopify app development.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify's API and liquid templating.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Ruby, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript libraries like jQuery.
  • Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.

Desirable Skills:
  • Experience working with other e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Previous experience integrating third-party APIs.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles.
  • Any experience with blockchain technologies.
