Salary: After a paid initial 4-month education and onboarding process, the salary structure is as follows: R$3,100 (1st month), R$4,650 (2nd month), R$6,200 (3rd month), R$7,750 (4th month). After one year, there will be an opportunity to increase income beyond R$7,750, with most team members eventually earning over R$9,300 per month.
After your first year with us, you will have additional benefits of 2 weeks paid vacation, health insurance, and retirement funds.
