Job Title

A Cloud Computing Engineer is needed to join our AI R&D team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, train, and optimize Large Language Models that power real product features and internal tools.
  • Work on multi-GPU and distributed setups for model training and fine-tuning.
  • Analyze model performance, debug failures, and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineers, MLOps, and product teams to make LLMs smarter, faster, and more useful.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of transformer internals, tokenization, embeddings, and other LLM concepts.
  • Fundamental knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and experience with PyTorch or JAX.
  • Training experience beyond notebooks, preferably with mixed precision, DeepSpeed, or multi-node training.
  • Ability to think about architecture, memory efficiency, scale, and cost when designing experiments and writing clean production-ready code.
Bonus Points
  • Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, Datasets, Accelerate, and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with custom training infrastructures and ability to mentor junior researchers or engineers.
