Hospitality Innovator

At the forefront of innovation in hospitality, we're seeking a visionary to spearhead our guest experience. As an Experience Lead, you will be responsible for orchestrating and executing a wide range of activities designed to captivate and delight our guests.

Key to your success will be the ability to drive sales growth through effective management of coworking spaces, retail, tours, surf, spa, and wellness offerings. You'll also be instrumental in communicating with and leading the team to achieve daily and weekly goals, as well as driving the commercial energy of the team.

A crucial aspect of this role is managing the availability of tours and experience-based products, improving the sales process and commercial opportunities surrounding these offerings, and ensuring the guest experience is exceptional.

Under the guidance of the Country Experience Manager, you will plan, schedule, and execute weekly and monthly activities that showcase our brand's unique personality and values. This may involve organizing and implementing activities related to art, learning, impact, wellness, and music.

As a key member of the team, you will manage the location's WhatsApp chat, keeping it active as a space for connection and community engagement. You will also continuously communicate and follow up on experience objectives and Destination Index metrics, ensuring proper implementation and updating of physical communication on-site.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will lead, guide, and supervise the location staff to ensure success in experience metrics. You will inform guests and visitors about our tours and transport, highlighting the unique features of each experience, and support relationship management with the local community.
