About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in São Paulo.

This role will play a critical part in maintaining and repairing elevators, ensuring smooth operation of our systems and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance and repair of Otis and other brand elevators
  • Identification and resolution of potential technical issues through diagnostics and problem-solving
  • Providing outstanding customer service by prioritizing their needs and requirements

Requirements for this role include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, along with technical training in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and certifications in NR10 and NR35 is essential
  • Experience in elevator maintenance and customer service is highly valued
