Our organization is revolutionizing software development by publishing an influential open-source project. We're looking for a skilled Software Development Professional to join our team.

This key role entails developing, testing, and releasing improvements to a critical component of our platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python programming and a focus on software interoperability across various environments.

  • This professional will collaborate with a global team, write high-quality code, debug issues, review code produced by other team members, discuss ideas, and investigate solutions.
  • The role involves working from home with occasional travel for team meetings and events.

We're seeking someone who is passionate about technology and enjoys working with innovative people, is curious, flexible, articulate, and accountable. The successful candidate should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, extensive experience with Python on Linux, and interest in and experience with at least two of the following: Ubuntu Linux systems administration, continuous integration, end-system contract management, Debian packaging, cloud computing.
