Senior Engineering Manager Job

We are looking for a seasoned engineering manager to lead and develop our teams of software engineers.

  • This is a mid-to-senior level position that involves leading, coaching, and mentoring software developers.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong academic track record, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience in managing agile development environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical expertise in software development, preferably in Python or Golang.
  • Experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring software developers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to work effectively in a distributed environment.
  • Ability to travel twice a year for company events.
