Account Director Job

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team.

  • Job Description:

  • The Account Director will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying new opportunities, and working closely with internal teams and channel partners to deliver cybersecurity solutions to clients. This role involves driving revenue growth by expanding relationships with existing customers and acquiring new business.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Key Account Management:

    1. Manage and grow existing relationships with customers in your designated territory.
    2. Identify new opportunities within the existing customer base.
    3. Drive upgrades, cross-sells, and contract renewals at escalated ARR rates.

    New Business Acquisition:

    1. Prospect and acquire new clients aligning client's cybersecurity needs with our solutions.
    2. Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation, solution demos, negotiations, and closing deals with new customers.

    Sales Execution & Strategy:

    1. Develop and present compelling proposals ensuring alignment with customer needs and objectives.
    2. Utilize sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and Value-Based Selling to influence decision-makers and close complex deals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in full sales cycle roles, with a focus on new business acquisition in the enterprise cybersecurity sector.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue through both existing accounts and new business acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including knowledge of threat intelligence and security operations.
  • Experience working with security-focused channel partners.
