We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer / Art Director to join our creative team at Mad. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with various account teams to create innovative campaigns across different industries.
Key Responsibilities- Conceptualize and produce visually compelling materials for various platforms, including print, digital, and multimedia, across different accounts;
- Collaborate with creative teams, copywriters, and project managers to execute high-quality designs that align with client objectives;
- Lead the design and visual development of new brand identities, product launch campaigns, and visual identity systems, while working across multi-channel platforms;
- Maintain and elevate the visual language of each project, ensuring brand integrity while applying creative innovation;
- Generate print collateral, web assets, social media graphics, and presentation materials in line with brand guidelines;
- Ensure all designs and layouts are prepared for production, overseeing production processes;
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are executed with technical precision and excellence;
- Problem-solve, offering design solutions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across multiple projects and industries;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, including new technologies, design techniques, and best practices to continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas.
- Extensive experience in both print and digital design production;
- Strong computer application competency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma;
- Proven experience working across various industries and account types;
- Experience producing digital/print materials and advertising projects in a fast-paced environment;
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to think strategically about visual design challenges;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other creatives, project managers, and external partners;
- English proficiency with strong organizational and time-management skills;
- A positive, proactive attitude with a strong team player mentality.
