Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Unity VFX Artist to join our team and contribute to our next exciting project. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in a variety of styles, working collaboratively with designers, concept artists, technical artists, and 3D artists to create immersive and engaging experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of pushing the quality of your craft and self-development, with a deep understanding of animation and VFX principles.
  • Develop a strong awareness of art fundamentals, color, shape, and timing.
  • Apply solid animation fundamentals and visual composition skills.
  • Work independently and creatively to solve VFX technical challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technologies and adopt them in your work.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in the video game industry in a similar role.
  • A solid portfolio/reel showcasing your work.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in game engines (Unity, Unreal).
  • Fluency in English.
  • A passion for video games.
Tools and Technologies
  • Unity and/or Unreal.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, After Effects, Animate).
  • Substance Designer.
  • 3Ds Max, Maya, or Blender.
Desirable Skills
  • Basic programming skills in C# and/or Blueprints.
  • Shader creation via code or authoring tools (Shadergraph, Amplify).
  • Fluid, Pyro, and RBD simulations skills (Houdini, Embergen, Blender).
  • 2D drawing skills.
