Business Development Analyst Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Analyst to join our team. This role involves identifying market opportunities, shaping product strategy, and translating insights into clear business cases and recommendations.

  • Monitoring market trends, competitive moves, and customer insights to identify opportunities and risks
  • Proposing improvements to existing products (e.g., pricing, features, funnels) and defining hypotheses, experiments, and KPIs
  • Scoping and proposing new products/partnerships, including go-to-market plans and pilot designs
  • Building managerial projections and scenario analyses (revenue, unit economics, volume) and maintaining concise performance dashboards
  • Preparing and delivering executive-ready presentations for leadership, with clear narratives, options, and recommendations
  • Build and cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams within the organization
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Marketing and Operations to align roadmaps, timelines, and impact tracking
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and creative thinking to drive business growth. You will be responsible for monitoring market trends, proposing product improvements, and building strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields. Our team comes from a variety of backgrounds but are successful because of their ability to problem solve and think analytically
  • Demonstrate strong analytical thinking through excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in Customer Service planning / optimization
  • Strong proficiency in both English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Basic knowledge of SQL (or willingness to learn)
