Role Objective:
Oversee a multidisciplinary team to deliver intricate and large-scale commercial proposals for Subsea Production Systems (SPS) subsystems. This includes developing execution strategies, cost assessments, benchmarks, schedules, and identifying risks and opportunities. Cultivate a deep understanding of products, clients, and supply chains to formulate competitive proposals that align with client expectations and TechnipFMC's overarching business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Tender Coordination and Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between Subsea and REMS, ensuring the comprehensive delivery of the flow control subsystem tender package.
- Submit the finalized proposal along with all necessary documentation.
- Engage with internal stakeholders across all TechnipFMC locations.
Project Execution Planning:
- Lead the REMS team in formulating optimal execution strategies for complex projects based on client specifications, including delivery milestones and testing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Planning team to establish the project execution schedule, incorporating inputs from Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
Cost Management:
- Update and manage project costs.
- Develop cost estimates using iTwo, ensuring data accuracy.
- Prepare product cost benchmarks and analyses.
Qualifications, Risks, and Opportunities:
- Gather relevant lessons learned from past and ongoing projects.
- Identify potential execution risks and opportunities, assess their impacts, and propose mitigation strategies.
Project Handover:
- Prepare comprehensive project handover documentation for the Execution Team to ensure a smooth project initiation.
- Organize and clarify the tender package for the Execution Team.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
- Ability to serve as a subject matter expert and mentor team members.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
