Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Environmental Project Manager to spearhead our operations in Brazil. This full-time role (Rio de Janeiro or Sao Paulo, Hybrid mode) offers a unique opportunity to be a key representative of Aurassure in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete life cycle of air quality sensor network projects, from initial planning and installation to data collection, processing, and validation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders in Brazil, including government officials, clients, and contractors.
  • Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of sensor networks across Brazil.
  • Manage contractual relationships with installation partners to ensure timely and successful project execution.
  • Be responsible for client relationships in Brazil and maintain constant communication related to ongoing projects or future leads.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during project implementation.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews with Aurassure India leadership team.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and reports to communicate project progress and findings.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Foster strong relationships with government officials at all levels to secure necessary permits and approvals.
  • Stay current with environmental regulations and best practices, market reports in Brazil, and keep Aurassure India leadership team informed in regular intervals.
  • Be a quick learner and demonstrate a strong aptitude for analytical thinking to adapt to new technologies.
  • Travel to different cities within Brazil as needed to manage projects effectively.
  • Collaborate and report regularly to Aurassure's Indian team members for smooth operations.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in environmental project management or a related field.
  • Prior experience in environmental science is highly desirable.
  • Proven proficiency in project management (air quality) or related methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a remote team.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
