Product Visionary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative professional to join our organization. As a key member of the digital solutions team, you will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and goals for each release and sprint.

  • Define product vision, strategy, and goals for each release and sprint;
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and ROI;
  • Gather and document business requirements through user stories;
  • Coordinate with the feature team on backlog prioritization and clarify business questions;
  • Support the development team in implementing requirements;
  • Oversee user acceptance testing and manage dependencies and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in IT or a related field and experience with agile methodologies and software development processes. Strong analytical, customer-oriented, and team skills are essential for this role. Experience with SAFe at the program or portfolio level is beneficial.
