Job Title: Client Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to lead our customer success initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our product, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their successful adoption and retention of our product.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of client accounts to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address any issues that may impact their experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to ensure timely resolution of concerns.
  • Keep clients informed about new features and best practices to enhance their usage and maximize the value of our product.
  • Monitor client engagement and satisfaction levels to identify opportunities for upselling and renewal.
  • Lead client-facing projects and initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer success management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex client relationships and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with SaaS data management platforms and experience using AI tools and LLMs to support customer success initiatives.
  • Ability to collect, structure, and filter client feedback, and communicate insights to stakeholders as needed.
  • Strong understanding of customer retention and relationship-building strategies, with hands-on experience in nurturing relationships with small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills: Experience in e-commerce, familiarity with customer retention strategies, and proficiency in using AI-powered tools to drive customer success.
