Job Summary:- Develop and execute a CRM strategy that aligns with company goals, leveraging data-driven insights to connect with audiences and drive results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Global, Regional CP & agency CRM teams, and external partners to develop and maintain a CRM strategy.
- Ensure the achievement of 1PD acquisition and enrichment goals by defining clear business and attributes priorities.
- Generate 1PD audiences for media activation and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Train the commercial team on CRM best practices and upskill them to face challenges in a data-driven market.
Drive ecommerce efforts and teams with expertise in digital media, content development, and technical support to increase exposure, sales, and conversion.
Lead the assessment and implementation of new technologies and tools to achieve strategic digital initiatives by 2025.
Required Qualifications:- Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in 1PD acquisition and CRM.
- Leadership and management experience in a dynamic digital market to build, develop, and motivate teams.
- Experience in ecommerce and digital media.
- Knowledge and experience in all digital marketing disciplines, including paid, owned, and earned media, search, programmatic buying, martechs, mobile, data, social, CRM, etc.
