About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Analyst Senior to join our team at Greif Packaging LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and developing new products and raw materials, improving or modifying existing products to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, reliability, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Design and develop new products and raw materials, and improve or modify existing products to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, reliability, and safety.
- Project Management: Monitor cost and scheduling of engineering projects, including installation and management of outside suppliers.
- Product Coordination: Prepare products and raw materials specifications, and provide product coordination and assistance with installation, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to facility personnel, and maintain complete and accurate records of all work performed.
- Safety Measures: Incorporate safety measures within design specifications, ensuring guards and safety features are working, and promoting safety practices and habits.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Typically possesses a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of experience in design engineering.
- Knowledge and Skills: Possesses knowledge of material, chemical, mechanical, and/or electrical engineering, and demonstrates ability to perform accurate cost estimation, work collaboratively with others, and possess strong project management, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
