IT Product Manager Job Description

This role is responsible for leading a team of product service leads, managing the design, development, deployment, and evolution of IT products.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in product services and development, preferably with project management and agile/DevOps experience. They will partner with vendors to provide end-to-end development and services capabilities, manage stakeholders from central functions, and escalate business demands.

The successful candidate will be accountable for managing stakeholders from central functions, providing regular status updates on progress of all demands raised by them. They will also sustain the user community, develop key users and functional experts, and collaborate with other teams when needed.

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions.
