Our ideal candidate will be a dedicated and passionate educator responsible for implementing the SABIS curriculum and philosophy to ensure students' success.
They must possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and at least 1 year of teaching experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Discussing disciplinary and student performance issues with the Academic Quality Controller (AQC) and Head of Department (HOD).
- Implementing the SABIS Point System to create an environment conducive to learning.
- Proctoring exams as needed, ensuring a proper test environment.
- Providing support for low-performing students through guidance and motivation.
- Developing or following up on external exam preparation by reviewing previous exams according to the structured revision schedule.
- Aiding in duties such as testing students, substituting teachers, organizing students, controlling traffic, and other administrative tasks assigned by school management.
- Preparing activity plans for student life events like art, open houses, and physical education in coordination with the Student Life Coordinator.
- Attending training sessions to enhance understanding of the SABIS system and improve overall performance.
Additional requirements include delivering results, continuous learning and improvement, accountability, and taking ownership.
