Business Solutions Analyst Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for Servicenow projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to evaluate current processes, and identify opportunities for enhancement and automation. You will work closely with technical teams to design Servicenow solutions that meet business needs and assist in the configuration and customization of Servicenow modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Evaluate current business processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and automation.
- Partner with technical teams to design Servicenow solutions that meet business needs.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of Servicenow modules.
- Develop test plans, conduct testing, and validate Servicenow functionalities.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation.
