Supply Chain Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading project analysts and auditors in South America, ensuring high levels of customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage projects from kick-off to final delivery, ensuring timely and quality results.
- Coordinate communication with clients, auditors, and internal teams.
Key tasks include:
- Lead project teams in South America, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Plan and coordinate project activities, including data collection and reporting.
- Interface with DNV internal governance, both regional and global.
- Organize project data and deliverables, including CRM and reports.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in building customer relationships and presenting project scope.
- Technical background knowledge in supply chain audits, including social audits, quality audits, and ASI certification.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
