About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator - Production Planning Specialist to join our team at Regal Rexnord Corporation. This key role will play a vital part in supporting the production planning process and ensuring that we meet our customers' needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales forecasts and plan production schedules to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers.
  • Perform Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and generate purchasing and production requirements to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Manage purchase requisitions, track orders, and monitor supplier performance to guarantee timely delivery of components.
  • Review and approve production orders to guarantee quality and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.
  • Oversee PCP indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure that deadlines are met, and help identify capacity upgrades or reductions as needed.
  • Monitor customer orders to guarantee all contract items are fulfilled and support other departments to enhance division performance.
