Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Live Broadcasting Specialist. This role involves working on live broadcast related projects, including customer service, platform operation, guild management, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit Arabic voice live streamers through online and offline channels.
  • Evaluate and select suitable candidates for anchor positions.
  • Provide training, guidance, and daily management support to anchors.
  • Solve problems encountered by anchors during live broadcasts and improve stability and live stream rates.
Requirements:
  • Prior sales experience or access to campus resources is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence.
  • Passion for the live broadcasting industry.
  • Languages: English (required).
