The Regional Sales Director at Monster Energy will be responsible for creating and executing sales plans that increase top-line revenue while maintaining profitability. This individual will build and maintain relationships with senior distributor leaders, broker representatives, and retailers to drive business growth and expansion.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of leadership and sales experience in a retail, broker, and distributor environment. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or Finance is preferred.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish credibility and collaborate at all levels. The Regional Sales Director will be accountable for meeting and exceeding volume, operating profit, and market share objectives for the territory.
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
