Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Associate Specialist in Technical Development.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for customers, applying scientific methods to solve technical problems, and communicating results through internal reports and presentations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop value-creating solutions for customers by identifying and addressing their needs
  2. Apply the scientific method to analyze and solve complex technical problems
  3. Collaborate with senior colleagues to design, execute, and interpret experiments, and communicate results to stakeholders
  4. Participate in generating ideas and data to support intellectual capital development
  5. Communicate and document work in internal reports/presentations, draft and submit patent disclosures as appropriate
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or science-related field
  • Excellent English and Spanish language skills
  • Availability to travel up to 30% of the time
Desirable Requirements:
  • Masters degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role
