This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future by working on projects that have a significant impact on society and the environment.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about finding innovative solutions that maximize value creation. The ideal candidate will have experience in transaction structuring and diligence, as well as portfolio management and asset management activities.

Responsibilities will include leading asset management activities, including driving value creation and representing the company on the Board of Directors of portfolio companies. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining complex project models, preparing investment valuations, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and guidelines.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, economics, or engineering, with a Bachelor's degree required and a Master's degree preferred. They will also have proficiency in financial modeling, project finance modeling experience, and excellent analytical and critical reasoning skills.

Travel is expected to be around 10-15% of the time, with some international travel possible. Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is required.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent required; prefer Master's Degree
  • Experience in deal structuring and diligence, portfolio management, and asset management
  • Proficiency in financial modeling
  • Excellent analytical and critical reasoning skills
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
