**Job Title:** Senior Software Engineer - Software Engineering

Main Responsibilities:

• Acting as an entrepreneur in residence in the search for AI solutions across Finance, collaborating with software engineers and product managers;
• Defining roadmaps and blueprints for AI and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions;
• Developing machine learning algorithms based on classification, regression, and solutions using LLMs, including prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and agent development;
• Building data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) pipelines, versioning, experimentation, and continuous delivery of machine learning models;
• Designing, developing, and testing the necessary code to deliver the desired functionality;
• Collaborating with stakeholders and team members to ensure features meet business needs and technical robustness for long-term operations;
• Operating in a Build & Run model, meaning all feature and/or model development is supported by the same team;
• Actively solving problems by identifying root causes and working with clients to ensure operations and incident resolution;
• Training and mentoring other team members;
• Following agile methodologies aligned with software industry standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields;
• Advanced English proficiency;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Experience with the Databricks platform, including MLFlow;
• Ability to build machine learning models using major frameworks like scikit-learn and Keras or XGBoost;
• Programming in Python and/or Node.js;
• Knowledge with relational and non-relational databases, as well as query languages;
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), GraphRAG, KAG (Knowledge-Augmented Generation), among others;
• Experience with agent architectures and multi-agent systems.
