Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Global Clinical Project Leader with biopharmaceutical expertise to join our team. In this role, you will oversee interdisciplinary clinical research studies and ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), relevant SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Acting as a primary liaison between the company and clients to ensure timely study launch, conduct, and closeout according to contractual agreements.
- Leading project teams to ensure quality, timelines, and budget management.
- Accountable for financial performance of each project.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Clinical research organization (CRO) and relevant therapeutic experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
