Job Title: Production Operations Manager
\Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day team or departmental operations, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed efficiently while supporting staff, monitoring performance, and reporting to senior management.
\The successful candidate will be pivotal in improving processes, coaching employees, resolving issues, and acting as a communication bridge between frontline staff and upper leadership.
\Responsibilities:

- Ensure training is completed (OSHA equipment, compliance, etc.) and records are maintained for a variety of needs including OSHA, customer, and other audits.\
- Manage key operational requirements within the budget and according to customers' requirements.\
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction through strong understanding of customer expectations.\
- Address and help resolve customer complaints both verbally and written directly and indirectly.\
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.\
- Complete operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.\
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.\
- Receive complaints and resolve problems.\
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records by inputting payroll data (hours, comments) for hourly direct reports daily and approving weekly.\
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.\
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.\
- Able to handle accident handling (injury management, witness statements, reporting, and investigation).\
- Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.\
- Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.\

- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience). \
- 3+ years of supervisory or similar experience. \
- Experience in a high-volume atmosphere.\

- Preferred Qualifications:\
- \
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.\
- Familiarity with 5S, continuous improvement, WMS, and MS Office.\
- Experience with ADP E-time, large team management (30+), and warehouse or 3PL settings.\
