Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial operations and matters related to the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage budgetary and key performance indicator movements to ensure the company's financial health and stability.
  • Liaise with company auditors and regulators to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective financial and accounting policies and procedures to ensure the company's financial integrity.
  • Manage the development of accounting admissions, credit/collections, and internal control policies to ensure the company's financial stability and security.

Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of work experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience in financial management.
  • Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills to manage a team of finance professionals.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think outside the box to drive change and improve operational efficiencies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make informed financial decisions.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification preferred.
