Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science and experience working with large datasets. You will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models, analyzing complex data sets, and communicating insights to stakeholders. If you are passionate about data science and have a proven track record of delivering results, we encourage you to apply.
- Data Applications: Develop data-driven applications using Python and leverage its vast array of libraries and tools.
- Data Processing: Use Cloud Applications (Databricks, SageMaker, etc) for data processing and analytics, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
- Machine Learning Modeling: Design, develop, and deploy regression, classification, and clustering models to drive business decisions.
- Natural Language Processing: Apply NLP techniques, including LLM and GenAI, to extract valuable insights from unstructured data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and analysts to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Testing: Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of your code.
- Documentation: Document technical decisions and approaches to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in data development and Python programming is essential.
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is required.
- Language: Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in Portuguese is desirable.
- Advanced Data Processing: Familiarity with advanced data processing and analytics techniques, including SQL, PySpark, and Snowflake.
- Machine Learning: Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as scikit-learn and TensorFlow.
- Cloud: Experience with AWS/Azure environments is preferred.
