Job Summary

We are seeking a Tech Lead to guide our team in the best software construction practices on the market, control project activities, act on production issues, and prepare executive reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide the team in software construction practices, including architecture and orchestration of microservices, cloud integration, and communication via messaging.
  • Control project activities, including monitoring, technical supervision, implementations, and customer support.
  • Prepare executive reports and provide technical leadership to the team.

Requirements

  • Java development experience, including creation of microservices, frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Quarkus), and serverless architecture.
  • Cloud experience, including integration with SOAP, REST services, and knowledge of relational databases or NoSQL.
  • Experience in systems development using agile methodologies and ability to communicate in other languages (Spanish and/or English).
  • Good logical reasoning, ease of learning, and proactivity.
  • Monitoring, technical supervision, implementations, and customer support.

Desirable Skills

  • Big Data experience.
  • Collaborative tools (Jira and Confluence) experience.
  • Certifications in Java, Cloud, and Database.
  • ISO20022 experience.
  • DevSecOps experience (continuous integration with Maven, Jenkins, GitLab, Sonar, Fortify, ArtFactory).
