Migrator Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Analyst to support our M365, Teams and Copilot Services. This role will provide consultation to clients on best practices using M365 applications, data storage, assist with design and migration of data to SharePoint or Teams, and provide Level 4 support and solutions to meet business needs and requirements.

This is a challenging opportunity for someone who has conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures and use of M365 Applications, Teams and Copilot. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exchange straightforward information with others and ask questions to check for understanding.

The successful candidate will have experience with SharePoint Administration and M365 Administration, as well as excellent communication and analytics skills. They will be comfortable in communicating with business executives and technology teams, and will have a spirit of collaboration and transparent communication. Additionally, they will have an Agile mindset with experience working in Agile environment.

• Gathers and analyzes business requirements for assigned functional and technical areas, and assists clients with the adoption of the M365, Teams and Copilot technologies.
• Works closely with business process teams, technical teams and other stakeholders to design and build data storage solutions which meet requirements using SharePoint, File Share, and Teams.
• Working with vendors to ensure operational excellence of the M365 & Copilot Services.
