Job Summary

Strada is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Service Transition Specialist to oversee local and regional scale transitions to Operations. This role will collaborate with the Global Service Transition consultant and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within defined scope, quality, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead local workshops to ensure clients understand the scope of services, service delivery model, and systems landscape.
  • Help clients understand the implementation methodology, including phases and deliverables.
  • Onboard the BAU operational team in the project.
  • Prepare Payroll Calendars and Trusted Source Lists.
  • Provide necessary access to clients and Operations team members.
  • Implement Local Service delivery tools, including case management tools, call centers, SLA reporting tools, etc.
  • Coordinate and lead client and BAU Operations trainings to ensure readiness for go-live.
  • Coordinate and lead testing phases to ensure all in-scope systems are working and integrated as expected and configured according to the specifications agreed in the contract.
  • Direct and plan the work, objectives, and resource models for transition to Operations activities.
  • Identify and communicate project risks.
  • Monitor delivery of the transition within agreed scope, quality, time, and budget.
  • Prepare hypercare periods.
Requirements
  • Working experience in HR and Payroll services delivery/operations.
  • Payroll experience.
  • Experience in coordination between different stakeholders within an organization.
  • Strong communication skills, with previous customer-facing/liaison experience.
  • Good English and Spanish skills, written and verbal (additional language is a plus).
  • Highly organized with the ability to oversee large and multiple projects.
  • Good PC Literacy – Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
  • The role will involve local country and international travel and time away from home.
  • Experience in working closely with operational teams.
  • Ability to manage process/service workshops with multiple customer contacts.
  • Service testing experience – System Integration Test, Scenario-Based Test, Service Rehearsal, and Parallel Runs.
  • Handling of knowledge transfer and service transitions.
