Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead product design within an agile team, providing technical leadership and strategic guidance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in NodeJS, TypeScript, Python, and application development. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software applications based on customer needs and business requirements.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform product decisions and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with teams to conceptualize and design products, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain development roadmaps aligned with business priorities and objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise to ensure high-quality software solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in English, including leadership, negotiation, and training skills.
  • Experience with DevOps, cloud providers (AWS), APIs, and developer communities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with DevOps tools (GitHub, Docker, Terraform).
  • Knowledge of multiple programming languages and container orchestration.
  • Contributions to open-source projects and understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures.
