Job Title: Senior Manager for Commodity Logistics

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of international logistics principles, with expertise in customs policies, import/export procedures, and port regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic logistics solutions to optimize commodity transport across multimodal networks.
  • Design and implement comprehensive logistics strategies, integrating maritime, road, railway, and pipeline transport modes.
  • Oversee end-to-end customs clearance and transportation processes at key national ports, ensuring supply chain stability.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with top-tier logistics providers to resolve operational disruptions.
  • Formulate contingency plans to ensure compliance with local laws and international trade terms.
  • Lead multicultural teams and drive efficient project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in international commodity logistics.
  • 3+ years managing in-country logistics operations.
  • Expertise in local customs policies, commodity import/export procedures, and port regulations.
  • Fluent in local language (mandatory) and professional English proficiency (preferred).
  • Proven collaboration with top-tier logistics providers in the region.
  • Exceptional cost control, crisis management, and cross-cultural negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
