Main Responsibilities:- Analyze and interpret large datasets related to user perception and experience to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and indicators that enable continuous monitoring of related metrics.
- Create and manage projects to improve user perception involving strategies on several fronts, such as changes in operational activities, product enhancements, creation of communication campaigns, etc.
- Act as a bridge between related areas to ensure alignment of objectives and the execution and progress of projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in segmentation models and user engagement strategies.
- Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary projects involving different areas of the organization.
- Able to collect and organize data from multiple sources such as internal databases, research reports, app store evaluations, etc.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Excel/Google Sheets and Business Intelligence platforms (Tableau, Power BI or similar).
