Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned compliance professional to join our global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and championing our third-party business integrity program.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and oversee the enhanced third-party business integrity program, including screening, evaluating, analyzing diligence reports, conducting research, assessing, and escalating red flag reports, implementing control measures and training, and ongoing monitoring.
- Collaborate with compliance and business leaders to identify policy needs, procedures, and controls to manage and mitigate anti-bribery and anti-corruption risk related to third-party intermediaries.
- Manage third-party compliance certification requirements, including tracking, recording, and reporting metrics.
- Design and deliver live and online compliance training to internal colleagues and external distribution partners.
- Support internal and external audits, and assist with internal investigations from time to time.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, legal or risk management role, with a focus on third-party compliance screening.
- Experience in a multinational corporation or similar industry preferred.
- Experience with compliance management platforms, such as Aravo, preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communicator with experience presenting live in-person training.
- Meticulous with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Culturally savvy and able to work effectively in a global enterprise with proficiency in spoken and written English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
