Retail Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Merchandising Sales Associate to join our Field Activity Support Team. As a member of this team, you will travel to stores within an assigned district to execute various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage.

You will interact with customers and colleagues, delivering exceptional customer service. Essential duties and responsibilities include maintaining regular attendance, working scheduled shifts, communicating with District FAST Supervisor, completing planograms and resets accurately, and performing store-specific measurements.

  • Develop store layouts that meet company standards
  • Conduct accurate cycle counts
  • Complete Tractor Way top cap process
  • Install store signage
  • Assemble merchandise, fixtures and point-of-purchase displays
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through GURA:
  • Greet customers warmly
  • Uncover customers' needs and preferences
  • Recommend product solutions
  • Ask to add value and appreciate customers

Required qualifications include prior retail and/or merchandising experience, with knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
