We are seeking an Identity Security Engineer to play a pivotal role in safeguarding user identities and access controls, ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance across our global operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design and Implementation:
    • Develop, implement, and maintain advanced identity governance solutions to securely manage user identities and access rights.
    • Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems through effective design and implementation strategies.
  • Custom JSON Development:
    • Create custom JSON code for configuring and automating identity management processes, leveraging proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
    • Utilize knowledge of API integration techniques and LDAP protocols to streamline identity management workflows.
  • System Integration:
    • Integrate with HR databases (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Active Directory, and third-party applications for seamless access control and single sign-on capabilities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integrations and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure strict adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies related to security and compliance.
    • Continuously monitor and assess potential risks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to mitigate these risks.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Effectively communicate technical concepts and complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Build strong relationships with colleagues and partners, fostering a collaborative environment and driving business outcomes.
  • Continuous Learning:
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in identity security and access management.
    • Participate in training programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge, driving innovation and excellence in our organization.
    Requirements
    • Qualifications and Experience:
      • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is typically required.
      • 3-5 years of experience in identity management, with hands-on expertise in Active Directory, HR databases (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and integration techniques like APIs and LDAP.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Proficiency in developing custom JSON code, knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell), and familiarity with cloud-based identity services (e.g., Azure AD, Google Cloud Identity).
      • Familiarity with IAM tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Entra AD, SailPoint, or similar, with SSO, MFA, RBAC, LDAP, and SAML.
    • Soft Skills:
      • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration abilities are essential for success in this role.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Language:
      • Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
